What is HB101 Places?
HB101 Places is a real-time openings tool that helps people and their housing advocates find authorized Housing Support (GRH) providers in Minnesota who:
- Have housing vacancies that have services or that make it easy to bring services in (also called site-based providers), or
- Help people find housing and make sure they have the services they need (also called scattered-site providers).
HB101 Places includes state-wide openings as they become available in the following housing categories:
- Board and Lodge with and without additional services
- Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Community Residential Settings (CRS)
- Assisted Living (Housing Support authorized units only)
- Supportive housing (local approval needed for any units requiring Coordinated Entry referrals)
- Integrated community supports (ICS) settings
