updated December 10, 2025

What is HB101 Places?

HB101 Places is a real-time openings tool that helps people and their housing advocates find authorized Housing Support (GRH) providers in Minnesota who:

  • Have housing vacancies that have services or that make it easy to bring services in (also called site-based providers), or
  • Help people find housing and make sure they have the services they need (also called scattered-site providers).

HB101 Places includes state-wide openings as they become available in the following housing categories:

  • Board and Lodge with and without additional services
  • Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Community Residential Settings (CRS)
  • Assisted Living (Housing Support authorized units only)
  • Supportive housing (local approval needed for any units requiring Coordinated Entry referrals)
  • Integrated community supports (ICS) settings

How can I get help?

Housing Support providers in any Minnesota county or tribe, who offer housing in the listed categories, are eligible to post program information and vacancies in HB101 Places.
